  • A system did not respond once, most likely due to a planned restart. If something did not work for you, please wait a minute and try again. The status usually turns green again shortly. If the problem persists, the status will turn red.
  • A system is down for maintenance or because of a failure. You can be sure that the Cloudiax team is working with high priority to restore the service.
    Please do not send us emails, tickets, or call us! This will only cause extra delay in communication. We will inform you about the incident as soon as possible on this page.
