Sep. 22, 2026, 5 pm CEST Current Incident: Major Incident – Final Validation & Rollout
The recovery of the remaining affected customer systems is progressing. Following the official update provided by Microsoft, our technical teams have prepared the required update for the remaining affected systems. We have now completed the validation testing and have prepared a solution that installs the required fix and removes the faulty component. We are currently rolling out this solution across all remaining affected systems. We continue to work with high priority to complete the recovery and will provide a further update once the rollout has been completed and the recovery status has been confirmed. Sep. 22, 2026, 1 pm CEST Current Incident: Major Incident – Improvement The recovery of the affected customer systems is progressing well. For customer systems that continue to experience issues following the initial incident, Microsoft has now provided an official update. We are now applying this update to the remaining affected systems. This official Microsoft update is intended to resolve the remaining issues and complete the recovery of the affected systems.
Our technical teams are continuing to work with high priority on the remaining affected systems. We will provide further updates as the recovery progresses.

Sep. 22, 2026, 9.30am CEST Current Incident: Major Incident – Resolution in Progress Since Sep. 21, 2026, a large number of customer systems have been experiencing significant disruptions. Based on current information, the initial disruption is related to a faulty Microsoft update. The update in question is no longer being rolled out and has been removed from affected systems. However, some of the affected systems continue to experience impacts. Our technical teams are working with high priority to restore the affected systems.

  • A system is down for maintenance or because of a failure. You can be sure that the Cloudiax team is working with high priority to restore the service.
    Please do not send us emails, tickets, or call us! This will only cause extra delay in communication. We will inform you about the incident as soon as possible on this page.
